Garlicky Chive
Ingr: chives, minced garlic, dill, sea salt and black pepper

When using as a dressing, great for salads, marinating meats or vegetables

When using as a dip, serve with unique breads, crackers or vegetables, could use as a spread on a sandwich

 

Dressing: Mix 2 tbl with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup vinegar and 2 Tbl water. Shake well and chill 30 minutes for flavors to bloom.

Dip: Mix 2 Tbl with 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 Tbl olive oil. Chill 30 minutes for flavors to bloom.

Burgers: Mix 1 Tbl with 1 lb of ground burger, let rest in fridge for 30 minutes, then grill! YUM!!

 

Black Bean & Garbanzo Bean Hummus:
1 can each black beans & garbanzo beans          
2 tbl olive oil
1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp roasted garlic granules               
2 tsp LWN Indian Spice (or other blend)
1/8 tsp each sea salt and black pepper  
2 1/2 tbl each lemon juice, plain greek yogurt* & water    
blend all ingredients until smooth, chill 30 minutes and enjoy!!
*instead of yogurt, you can use 1 1/2 tsp of vinegar

 

Other ideas: Use with pasta, potatoes . . .
